Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on Polonest.

Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation before the order is shipped or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info.samir189@gmail.com or +91 8800012479 with your order ID and registered contact details.

Cancellation by Polonest

We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, incorrect customer details, delivery serviceability issue or suspected fraudulent activity.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and the payment has been successfully received, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after approval. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Polonest.
