Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 5-7 working days after dispatch. For remote locations or serviceability issues, delivery may take 7-10 working days or more.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or offers.

Delivery Address

Please provide complete and correct shipping details. Polonest is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete pincode or customer unavailability.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp or website order status where available.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders can be placed using online or prepaid payment methods available on the website.
