At Polonest, we want customers to have a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains return and refund conditions.
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product received is damaged, defective, wrong or significantly different from the product ordered.
Returns may not be accepted if the product is used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing tags or packaging, or returned without original invoice or order details. Size or color exchange may depend on product availability and approval.

All returned products will be checked after receipt. Refund or replacement will be approved only if the product meets return eligibility conditions.
Once approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. The final credit timeline may depend on your bank or payment provider.
If the issue is due to damaged, defective or wrong product, we will guide you with the return process. In other approved cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Polonest; therefore, refunds are processed only for prepaid or online orders as applicable.
