Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition
With original tags and packaging
Returned with order/invoice proof
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Product has been used, washed, or altered
Product is damaged due to customer handling
Original tags or packaging are missing
Return request is made after 7 days of delivery
Correct product and size were delivered as ordered
Products purchased under clearance sale, final sale, or special discount offer, if marked non-returnable
Size Exchange
Size exchange may be available only if the requested size is in stock.
If the correct size was delivered as selected by the customer, return or refund may not be accepted. However, we may help with size exchange depending on stock availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the return policy will apply after delivery.
Return Shipping
If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong, return shipping support may be provided by Polonest.
For other approved return or exchange cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
